Combining aerospace engineering, software development, electronics, and manufacturing to build reliable, operator-focused systems designed for real-world deployment.</p><p><br/></p><p>Now they are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can drive complex cross-functional projects from concept through deployment.</p><p><br/></p><p>Your Mission</p><p>As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering strategic engineering and product development projects across hardware, software, electronics, manufacturing, and operations.</p><p>You will work closely with engineering, production, leadership, suppliers, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead cross-functional technical projects throughout the entire product lifecycle.</li><li>Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.</li><li>Coordinate activities between software, electronics, mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, and operations teams.</li><li>Drive execution and remove blockers to ensure timely project delivery.</li><li>Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.</li><li>Support product development programs from prototype through serial production.</li><li>Coordinate testing, validation, certification, and deployment activities.</li><li>Manage external suppliers, development partners, and subcontractors where required.</li><li>Establish and continuously improve project management processes, tools, and reporting structures.</li><li>Ensure alignment between technical requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience managing technical or engineering projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of hardware and software development processes (e.g. Robotics)</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, Asana, or similar.</li><li>Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>The opportunity to help shape the future of European unmanned systems.</li><li>Direct collaboration with highly motivated engineers and builders.</li><li>High ownership and responsibility from day one.</li><li>Fast decision-making and short communication paths.</li><li>Competitive compensation and long-term growth opportunities.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>If you're interested, please don't hesitate to apply with your updated CV, we'll be in touch for next steps.</p> </div>
