The role involves organizing inspections, monitoring logistics and site activities, resolving issues that may impact schedules, and maintaining accurate documentation and status reports. The Project Manager also supports continuous improvement of project processes and collaborates closely with engineering, operations, and management to achieve project goals.<br/><strong>Qualifications<br/></strong> <br/><ul><li>Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.</li><li>Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.</li><li>Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control procedures for technical or construction-related projects.</li><li>Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, warehousing, and on-site material flow.</li><li>Background in renewable energy, construction, or engineering projects is highly beneficial.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical documents and project specifications.</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.</li><li>Effective communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.</li><li>Comfort working on-site, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.</li><li>Relevant degree or vocational qualification in project management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred.</li></ul> </div>
