This agency focuses on a variety of clients across Germany and really need someone with strong client facing/management experience.</p><p><br/></p><p>The Senior Paid Social Manager will oversee paid media strategies for inspiring businesses, with a manageable client load, the role emphasises quality over quantity, akin to a boutique strategy consulting approach.</p><p><br/></p><p>Location: Berlin (Hybrid)</p><p>Salary: up to €70,000</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Direct and manage paid social campaigns for various high-end clients.</li><li>Develop and execute full-funnel, 360-degree strategies.</li><li>Analyse performance, strategise improvements, and execute campaigns.</li><li>Provide input on creative briefs and evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets.</li><li>Collaborate with senior team members and support from juniors and technical experts.</li><li>Manage the client expectations (e.g. if metrics going the wrong way)</li><li>Fluent German speaker</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Ideal Candidate:</p><ul><li>Has 3+ years of commercial experience running Meta ads and at least 1 year of TikTok ads for multiple brands</li><li>Ideally, you will come from a small agency</li><li>Possesses strong analytical and creative thinking skills, as well as being strategic</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>**Please note that due to the volume of candidates, we can only respond to those who are deemed suitable for the position.
