Having built one of the fastest-growing SEO businesses in the space, they are constantly incubating new performance-driven models from idea to international scale.</p><p><br/></p><p>Due to the growth they have seen, they're looking for an SEA Team Lead to own execution excellence across their SEA function and lead a small, high-performing team of SEA Managers.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll own:</strong></p><ul><li>Leading a team of SEA Managers - you'll be both a coach and mentor</li><li>Managing a few accounts yourself, staying sharp and close to the work</li><li>Acting as the SEA subject matter expert across the business</li><li>Owning the SEA technology stack and driving adoption of new tools, automation and platform features</li><li>Serving as the primary contact with Google, Microsoft and other key SEA partners</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Several years' hands-on experience managing and scaling SEA</li><li>A real focus on ROI</li><li>Experience leading/mentoring others with some examples of helping the team develop</li><li>Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, bidding strategies, conversion tracking and modern SEA tooling</li></ul> </div>
