This role acts as the digital marketing owner for a highly specialised, science‑driven portfolio, working closely with commercial and scientific stakeholders to drive measurable pipeline impact.</p><p><br/></p><p>What you’ll do</p><ul><li>Own and execute the <strong>digital marketing strategy</strong> for a complex B2B licensing business, aligned with commercial priorities</li><li>Plan, activate, optimise and report on <strong>integrated digital campaigns</strong> across paid, owned and earned channels</li><li>Translate <strong>scientific and technical value propositions</strong> into high‑impact digital campaigns</li><li>Lead <strong>demand generation and lead nurturing</strong> initiatives, including ABM programs</li><li>Oversee <strong>email marketing</strong>, automation, segmentation and performance optimisation</li><li>Own the <strong>digital experience</strong> for a dedicated business area on the corporate website, including CRO and SEO</li><li>Use <strong>data, analytics and marketing technology</strong> to continuously improve targeting, performance and ROI</li><li>Partner closely with CRM, marketing operations, content, web, sales and event teams</li><li>Manage digital budgets and provide clear, insight‑driven performance reporting to senior stakeholders</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>What we’re looking for</p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience in <strong>digital marketing</strong> within a <strong>B2B or complex technical environment</strong></li><li>Proven track record delivering <strong>integrated digital campaigns</strong> with commercial impact</li><li>Strong hands‑on experience with <strong>marketing automation platforms</strong> and <strong>CRM systems</strong></li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>SEO, content marketing, email, campaign management and analytics</strong></li><li>Comfortable working with <strong>data, dashboards and performance insights</strong>, not just execution</li><li>Ability to understand and communicate <strong>scientific or technical topics</strong> in a commercial context</li><li>Confident stakeholder partner with strong communication and prioritisation skills</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Nice to have</p><ul><li>Experience in <strong>life sciences, biotech, biopharma, CDMO or CRO</strong> environments</li><li>Experience with CMS platforms and web analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Looker, Tableau)</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>long sales cycles and consultative B2B offerings</strong></li><li>Experience collaborating with external agencies</li></ul><p></p> </div>
