This is a newly positioned role sitting close to both HR and Finance, focused on turning organisational data into actionable insights for senior leadership.</p><p>You will play a key role in shaping early-stage organisational design functions, working in a highly data-driven environment with global exposure.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyse organisational and workforce data to generate insights and support business decisions</li><li>Build, maintain and enhance dashboards (KPIs / KDIs) to track organisational health and performance</li><li>Translate complex data into clear storytelling and visualisations for senior stakeholders</li><li>Produce regular reporting (e.g. quarterly organisational health reports)</li><li>Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations</li><li>Own and ensure high data quality across systems</li><li>Identify patterns, trends and potential risks within organisational data</li><li>Support capability building by training stakeholders on dashboard interpretation and data usage</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>2–5 years of experience in data analytics, workforce planning, HR analytics or similar</li><li>Strong ability to translate data into business insights and actionable recommendations</li><li><strong>Experience building dashboards</strong> and working with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)</li><li>Background in HR, business analytics, or finance-related data environments</li><li>Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment (HR, Finance, leadership teams)</li><li>Experience with tools such as <strong>Workday</strong> and organisational design platforms is a plus</li><li>FMCG industry experience is a plus</li><li>Strong communication and <strong>storytelling skills</strong></li><li><strong>English is required, additional European languages are a plus</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Independent, proactive and comfortable operating in a cross functional environment</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Able to engage senior stakeholders and translate data into clear narratives</li><li>Curious, detail-oriented, and commercially aware</li></ul><p></p> </div>
