This is a <strong>contract role based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland</strong>.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Contract details</u></strong>:</p><ul><li>Workload: 40 hours per week</li><li>Contract duration: approximately 8–9 months possibility to be extended</li><li>Travel: available to travel (Brazil, US)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Serve as Tech Transfer Project Manager and primary point of contact between Global Process Owners, Sending Units, and Brazil-based project teams</li><li>Lead cross-functional, multi-site technical teams</li><li>Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, KPIs, and risk registers</li><li>Coordinate hands-on activities at the Receiving Unit and ensure readiness</li><li>Track scope and strategy changes and secure stakeholder endorsement</li><li>Organize governance, technical, and review meetings</li><li>Report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership (Director/VP level)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong>:</p><ul><li>BSc or MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a comparable discipline</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing large, international Tech Transfer and CMC projects</li><li>Proven experience collaborating with external partners</li><li><strong>Fluent in English and French; Portuguese is a strong advantage</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Skills &amp; Competencies:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Strong CMC and Tech Transfer expertise, preferably in large molecules</li><li>Proven ability to lead teams in complex global, matrix environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)</li><li>Project management certification preferred</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural skills</li></ul><p></p> </div>
