Stable environment, interesting work, strong end client for your CV.</p><p>They need a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a company-wide HR system migration end-to-end. This is a delivery role, project governance, stakeholder management, data migration, interfaces and go-live. You do not need prior knowledge of the target HR platform; what matters is that you've run migrations of this complexity before and know how to land them.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Own the project plan, milestones and overall delivery</li><li>Coordinate IT, business units and external service providers across all workstreams</li><li>Manage data migration, interfaces, dependencies and sub-project alignment</li><li>Identify and resolve risks and blockers across organisational boundaries</li><li>Plan and manage test phases, cutover and go-live</li><li>Maintain stakeholder communication and project documentation throughout</li><li>Support change management and user readiness ahead of go-live</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Several years of IT project management experience in migration or transformation projects</li><li>Direct experience managing data migration, interface management, test phases and go-live</li><li>Solid knowledge of classic and/or agile PM methods</li><li>Confident managing stakeholders across both IT and business functions</li><li>Experience supporting teams through system transitions</li><li>C1+ German required; English a plus</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Package:</strong></p><ul><li>Up to €115,000 p.a.</li><li>Berlin — 2 days on-site per week</li><li>18-month AUG contract</li><li>Start from 11 May 2026</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Complete the application including all supporting questions and please attach your CV.</p> </div>
