The teams you work with already know. What they need is someone who can cut through the blockers that slow serious engineering work down — someone who treats PI planning like a craft, not a calendar event.</p><p><br/></p><p>I'm placing a Scrum Master with a globally recognised technology company in Stuttgart. The environment is large-scale, cross-team, and technically demanding. Defence and secure communications grade.</p><p><br/></p><p>THE ROLE</p><p>Moderating the full Scrum event cycle — daily standups, sprint and PI planning, reviews, retrospectives. Coaching development teams in the real-world application of the Scrum framework. Identifying and removing what gets in the way. Building a culture of genuine continuous improvement. Acting as the interface between engineering teams and stakeholders when they need a translator, not a messenger. Making team performance visible through metrics — velocity, cycle time, burndown — and using them to actually drive change.</p><p><br/></p><p>THE DETAILS</p><p>Location: Stuttgart — Hybrid (2 days/week on-site)</p><p>Salary: Up to €105,000 gross p.a.</p><p>Contract: 18-Month Secure AUG Engagement</p><p>Language(s): German &amp; English C1+</p><p>Start: ASAP</p><p><br/></p><p>WHAT YOU BRING</p><ul><li>Recognised Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM or equivalent)</li><li>Solid track record as a practising Scrum Master — not just in title</li><li>Comfortable in a scaled agile environment — PI planning is part of your regular work</li><li>Metrics-driven approach — velocity, cycle time, burndown are tools you actively use</li><li>Strong communication and emotional intelligence you don't have to announce</li><li>Ability to resolve team conflict constructively and get to the root of it</li><li>German and English — both required</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>This role is subject to standard security screening requirements.</p> </div>
