You'll see the direct impact of your work from day one.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll be working on</strong></p><ul><li>Owning architecture decisions and the technical evolution of the backend stack</li><li>Designing and operating scalable, secure, and resilient services and APIs</li><li>Handling complex database and integration challenges, including data modelling and migration strategies</li><li>Shaping new features in close collaboration with product and stakeholders</li><li>Reviewing code and mentoring other developers in the team</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What they're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years of C#/.NET development experience</li><li>Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, distributed systems and data modelling</li><li>Experience with CI/CD and Docker-based deployment</li><li>B2 German and Fluent English</li><li>High ownership mentality when working with ambiguous or complex requirements</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in technical mentoring or team leadership</li><li>Hands-on experience with coding agents or a genuine curiosity towards AI-assisted development</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What's on offer</strong></p><ul><li>€70,000 - €85,000 depending on experience</li><li>Fully remote from anywhere in Germany </li></ul><p><br/></p><p>The team is moving quickly on this one.
