To support this growth, we are looking for a <strong>Sales Account Manager</strong> who will take ownership of the Northwest Germany region, driving business development, strengthening customer relationships and contributing to the company's long-term success in the market.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Mission:</strong></p><p>Drive commercial growth in Northwest Germany by developing and managing relationships with professional customers, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning the company's solutions as a reference in the HVAC and smart building market.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Business Development &amp; Account Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and grow the customer portfolio in Northwest Germany.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the professional channel (installers, integrators, engineering firms, distributors, and other industry stakeholders).</li><li>Analise market trends (HVAC and IT sectors), regulations and trade restrictions.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.</li><li>Drive a consultative sales approach by identifying customer challenges and delivering tailored value-added solutions.</li><li>Monitor customer payments and support the resolution of commercial incidents.</li><li>Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to the regional growth strategy.</li></ul><p><strong>Market Presence &amp; Customer Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and organize customer visits across the assigned region.</li><li>Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events in Germany and internationally.</li><li>Provide commercial and technical guidance throughout the sales process.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>Internal collaboration &amp; Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with the sales and support teams based in Spain.</li><li>Participate in regular coordination meetings with headquarters.</li><li>Use CRM and reporting tools, including Power BI, to manage opportunities and monitor performance.</li><li>Share market insights and competitive information to support regional growth strategies.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Technical background preferred (Engineering degree, technical diploma or equivalent).</li><li>Previous experience in B2B sales, business development and account management within technical or industrial markets.</li><li>Previous experience within the HVAC, building automation, smart building, controls or systems integration sectors is highly valued.</li><li>Strong sales orientation with proven ability to develop business autonomously.</li><li>Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.</li><li>Fluent German and English are required.
