In this role, you will be instrumental in developing new products and product families from initial concept through to serial production. Your technical expertise and keen sense of aesthetics will be vital in translating user needs, brand identity, and technical requirements into market-ready, manufacturable product solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and international suppliers to ensure that each product meets our high standards of safety, functionality, and design excellence. Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as Rhino or SolidWorks, along with the Adobe Creative Suite, is essential. A strong understanding of form, function, ergonomics, and materials—including plastics, metals, textiles, and surface treatments—is required. Candidates should demonstrate a good eye for color, material combinations, and current trends, especially those relevant to young families. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are necessary, along with a willingness to travel occasionally to Asia for supplier coordination.
