We do not participate in the standard ceremonies of the consulting industry, such as long slide presentations or frequent, unproductive meetings. Every engagement results in a signed memorandum, authored by the person who did the reading and conducted the analysis. We believe that if an idea cannot be expressed clearly in writing, it has not been thought through fully. This model places a heavy weight on individual accountability. As a PMO Intern, you will see how this discipline is applied at the highest levels of corporate strategy and governance. Your work ensures that the structural and administrative side of this process remains flawless.

Working at JHC Consulting
We are a small, deliberate firm by design. This role is fully remote, allowing for a high degree of personal autonomy in how you approach your tasks. We do not maintain a physical office, and we expect our team members to be comfortable with digital communication as our primary method of coordination. This is a paid internship, and the compensation is competitive for the current market and the level of responsibility involved. We provide a workspace where quiet, concentrated work is the norm rather than the exception. You will have the chance to observe the inner workings of a high-level advisory firm while contributing to the operations of a significant client mandate.
At JHC Consulting, the author's name sits at the foot of every page of work we produce. This creates a culture of individual accountability that extends through every level of the firm. Even in a support capacity, your contributions are vital to the success of our mandates. We expect every member of the firm to treat their tasks with the same level of care that a principal gives to a final advisory memorandum. We are looking for an individual who is ready to contribute to this tradition of rigorous analysis and private counsel.
