The Office Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with organizational policies. As a small but fast‑growing company, this position is broad and highly versatile, covering administrative tasks, HR support, procurement support, invoicing, <strong>basic German accounting and payroll coordination</strong>, and collaboration with our external tax advisor. The role requires adaptability, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across different operational areas while supporting the Berlin team and contributing to the company’s operational foundation during its rapid expansion.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Experience in office administration, operations, or finance support.
