Join us to work on large-scale PLM transformation programs with leading global clients.</p><p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>As a Senior Technical Lead – Teamcenter, you will lead end-to-end PLM migration programs, driving solution design, development, and execution of large-scale Teamcenter data migrations while ensuring high quality, integrity, and performance.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design and development of migration solutions, tools, and frameworks</li><li>Guide teams in building ETL pipelines for PLM data migration</li><li>Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices</li><li>Review and approve migration scripts, loaders, and validation tools</li><li>Drive end-to-end migration execution including rehearsals and production cutover</li><li>Ensure data integrity, relationships, and history preservation during migration</li><li>Lead migration rehearsals, identify issues, and ensure resolution before go-live</li><li>Monitor migration performance, scalability, and accuracy</li><li>Define source-to-target data mapping with architects and SMEs</li><li>Ensure accurate migration of Items, Item Revisions, BOMs, CAD/Documents, and classification data</li><li>Define data transformation rules, validation logic, and reconciliation frameworks</li><li>Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for migration issues and failures</li></ul><p><strong>Your Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter (RAC &amp; Active Workspace)</li><li>Expertise in ITK, SOA, and BMIDE</li><li>Deep understanding of Teamcenter data model, workflows, and BOM structures</li><li>Proven experience in Teamcenter migration or upgrade programs</li><li>Experience with migration tools, bulk loaders, and ETL/data pipelines</li><li>Strong programming/scripting skills (Java, Python, SQL, Shell/Perl)</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, Creo)</li><li>Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills</li></ul><p>____________________________</p><p>We promote equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their cultural and social background, gender, disability, age, religion, beliefs, and sexual identity.
