Responsibilities include developing, managing, and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets. The Key Account Sales Manager will lead negotiations, understand client needs, provide innovative solutions, and ensure client satisfaction while closely collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience. Regular reporting and analysis of account performance and trends will also be required to drive continued business development success.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> 60,000.00 (EUR) – 84,000.00 (EUR) per year</p><p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><p>This role focus on driving strategic global and regional customer relationships by enhancing account performance, operational excellence, and long-term value for freight forwarding. Focus on account retention, business growth, and coordinating multi-country logistics solutions aligned with customer supply chain strategies.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead strategic global accounts, driving growth, retention, and long-term customer partnerships.</li><li>Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer supply chain goals and business priorities.</li><li>Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic reviews with customers and internal stakeholders to drive performance and alignment.</li><li>Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across operational, commercial, and executive levels.</li><li>Identify cross-selling opportunities across freight forwarding, warehousing, and integrated logistics solutions.</li><li>Manage escalations and collaborate with regional teams to ensure service excellence and operational performance.</li><li>Drive profitability through pricing governance, forecasting, contract renewals, and commercial management.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementations, SOP alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Monitor account performance, KPIs, compliance, and customer feedback while championing innovation and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>5 - 8 years in the Freight Forwarding Industry with accounts management experience.</li><li>Proven track record of working with multinational customers and generating account growth.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further consideration.</p><p>Candidates with proven global sales experience may also be considered for a Global Account Manager (GAM) position, subject to qualifications and suitability.</p> </div>
