<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Key Account Manager – Grocery &amp; Retail</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Zurich, Switzerland OR Geneva, Switzerland</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>A high-impact commercial role focused on managing and growing strategic grocery and retail key accounts within a fast-scaling delivery platform.</p><p>You will be responsible for building strong partner relationships, driving account growth, and expanding grocery delivery adoption across key retail partners in Western Switzerland.</p><p>This is a commercially driven role combining account management, negotiation, and strategic development within a rapidly evolving e-commerce and on-demand delivery environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and grow a portfolio of key grocery &amp; retail accounts (e.g., supermarket chains and convenience retailers)</li><li>Build long-term partnerships focused on retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth</li><li>Lead onboarding of new stores, including training, setup, and troubleshooting</li><li>Develop and execute account growth plans, including expansion opportunities and marketing initiatives</li><li>Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with key retail partners</li><li>Monitor and analyse account performance, preparing regular business and sales reports</li><li>Advise partners on platform tools, promotions, and customer engagement features</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve product adoption and partner success</li><li>Contribute to the development of the grocery &amp; retail segment in Switzerland</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in <strong>key account management, retail, FMCG, hospitality, or service-based industries</strong></li><li>Strong track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets</li><li>Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Strong negotiation and commercial acumen</li><li>Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and reports</li><li>Fluent in <strong>French (native level)</strong> and strong <strong>English proficiency</strong></li><li>German and/or Italian is a strong advantage</li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting platforms</li><li>Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment</li><li>Willingness to travel within Western Switzerland and occasionally to other regions</li></ul><p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation package with base salary + performance bonus</li><li>Travel allowance and transport benefits</li><li>Strong career development and internal mobility opportunities</li><li>Exposure to a fast-growing international retail and delivery ecosystem</li><li>Collaborative team environment with cross-functional support</li><li>Training and development resources to support growth</li></ul><p><strong>Culture &amp; Environment</strong></p><p>A fast-paced, customer-centric and performance-driven environment where ownership, initiative, and commercial impact are strongly valued.
