Our products deliver <strong>premium safety, comfort, and quality</strong> at every stage of childhood, from newborn to 12 years.</p><p><br/></p><p>Our <strong>European headquarters in Leipheim</strong> is home to a dedicated team working together to drive innovation and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.</p><p><br/></p><p>Driven by our values – <strong>Care, Trust, and Curious</strong> – we continuously strive to improve and make a positive impact, not only by protecting children but also the world they grow up in.</p><p><br/></p><p>Now, we’re looking for a motivated <strong>Junior Key Account Manager DACH (m/f/d)</strong> to join our Sales team. 🚀</p><p><br/></p><p>Whether you’re a recent graduate 🎓 or already gained some first practical experience through internships, working student roles or a first job — this is a great opportunity to start your career in Key Account Management and learn from experienced colleagues in an international environment. 🌍</p><p><br/></p><p>From day one, you’ll be part of real customer projects, support well-known retail partners across the DACH region and gradually take ownership of your own accounts. 🤝</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong> 💼</p><p>As part of our Sales team, you’ll work closely with experienced Key Account Managers and support the development of our retail customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.</p><p>You’ll help prepare customer meetings and presentations, analyze sales performance 📊 and support exciting product launches and promotions. ✨ Step by step, you’ll learn how successful customer management works and grow into taking responsibility for your own accounts.</p><p><br/></p><p>Your tasks will include:</p><ul><li>Supporting the management of key retail customers across the DACH region 🤝</li><li>Preparing presentations, reports and meeting materials 📑</li><li>Analyzing sales figures, KPIs, pricing and promotions 📈</li><li>Supporting forecasting and commercial planning processes</li><li>Coordinating product launches, listings and promotional activities 🚀</li><li>Monitoring market trends, competitors and retailer developments 🔍</li><li>Working closely with teams like Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance 👥</li><li>Gradually taking ownership of smaller customer accounts 🌱</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you bring</strong> 🌟</p><p>We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything — we’re looking for someone who is curious, motivated and eager to learn. 💡</p><p><br/></p><p>What helps you succeed in this role:</p><ul><li>A degree in Business, Economics or a similar field 🎓</li><li>First practical experience through internships, working student jobs or entry-level roles in Sales, Retail, E-Commerce or Account Management is a plus</li><li>Interest in Sales, customer relationships and commercial topics 💬</li><li>A structured and proactive way of working</li><li>Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers 📊</li><li>Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset 🤝</li><li>Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment 🚀</li><li>Fluent German and good English skills 🇩🇪🇬🇧</li><li>Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint 💻</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>You don’t tick every single box?
