They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support the day-to-day reliability of this platform by contributing to high-quality data gathering, validation, and operational data processes.<br/><br/>This is a unique opportunity to combine a passion for data with a meaningful mission in the sports and health space — working at the heart of an organisation that operates at the very top level of international sport.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Support data gathering and data flow processes linked to the medical platform and associated reporting activities</li><li>Perform routine validation, cleaning, and consistency checks to improve the quality and reliability of incoming data</li><li>Identify missing, implausible, or inconsistent values and follow up with relevant contributors to resolve queries</li><li>Help maintain documentation, field definitions, coding rules, and standard operating procedures for platform-linked data processes</li><li>Assist with preparing clean, analysis-ready datasets for use by senior colleagues within the medical unit</li><li>Support testing of platform functionalities related to data entry, validation logic, and output quality</li><li>Contribute to a culture of careful data stewardship and continuous quality improvement<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's (preferred) in health sciences, sports science, epidemiology, data science, biostatistics, or a related field</li><li>Basic knowledge of human anatomy and musculoskeletal injuries</li><li>Strong attention to detail and genuine interest in data quality and validity</li><li>Initial experience through studies, internships, or early professional roles in data handling or research within a health or sports-related context</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook</li><li>Basic experience with at least one data-related tool (Excel, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, Tableau) is an advantage</li><li>Fluent English required; French and/or German is an asset<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Preferred Background<br/><br/></strong>We are particularly interested in candidates with academic or professional exposure to sports medicine, epidemiology, or health data management, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset suited to a small, dynamic team environment.<br/><br/>Previous experience or training as a <strong>Data Analyst, Research Assistant, Data Quality Coordinator</strong>, or in a similar data-focused role within a health, research, or sports setting would be highly valued. </div>
