<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <ul><li>Geneva Area, Switzerland</li><li> Start Date: ASAP</li><li> Duration: 6 months renewable</li><li> Workload: 100%<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>About The Role<br/><br/></strong>For one of our international clients operating in a global and highly collaborative environment, we are looking for a Business Analyst / M&amp;E Coordination Specialist to support cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of business operations, grant management, monitoring &amp; evaluation, and IT delivery.<br/><br/>The role requires someone able to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that operational and reporting needs are accurately translated into technical requirements and successfully delivered.<br/><br/>You will work closely with business owners, operational teams, and IT stakeholders on process improvement, reporting, data quality, and systems-related initiatives within an international and mission-driven environment.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Act as the bridge between business teams and IT stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear technical requirements.</li><li>Support the drafting and coordination of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with IT and operational teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.</li><li>Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.</li><li>Support monitoring, reporting, KPI tracking, and data quality activities.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.</li><li>Participate in governance, documentation, testing, and project follow-up activities.</li><li>Support adoption and continuous improvement of tools and processes.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Profile<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Experience in business analysis, operational transformation, project coordination, or process improvement roles.</li><li>Strong ability to work between business and technical teams.</li><li>Good understanding of reporting, indicators, monitoring frameworks, and data quality concepts.</li><li>Experience working with IT teams, business applications, or enterprise systems.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.</li><li>Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Experience in international organizations, NGOs, public sector, or global environments is a plus.</li><li>Exposure to CRM implementations (e.g. Salesforce) or grant management processes is appreciated.</li><li>Fluent in English; French is a plus.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Additional Information<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>International and collaborative working environment.</li><li>Geneva area.</li><li>Long-term visibility depending on project evolution.</li><li>Swiss residency or ability to work in Switzerland required.</li></ul> </div>
