We're hiring: Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer 🗓 Start: ASAP 📍 Location: Geneva (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) 📅 Duration: May 2026 till March 2027 - Full time Base (100%) We’re looking for a hands-on and business-minded Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join a dynamic and high-impact team working on real-world machine learning solutions, from recommender systems to Generative AI, with measurable business ROI. Your Mission As part of a team of engineers, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms into production, while measuring their value and presenting results to key stakeholders. Your responsibilities include: Designing and deploying ML models (recommender systems, classifiers, Generative AI) Measuring the ROI of models in production and building business case presentations Building CI/CD pipelines and working closely with Data Engineers Deploying ML solutions in Vertex AI (GCP) Managing project milestones and presenting progress and outcomes to leadership Interacting with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions Presenting technical results and project outcomes to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and accessible way Your Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning Strong specialization in Data Science with proven hands-on experience Previous experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ideally Vertex AI Expert in Python and SQL Solid experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of Airflow and Terraform Strong business acumen: ability to turn data into actionable business decisions Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics simply and effectively Experience with Generative AI in production settings is a strong plus Proficiency in English mandatory (C1 minimum) Your Background Master’s degree (or higher) in Software Engineering or equivalent PhD is a plus but not mandatory If you're passionate about applied AI, enjoy working closely with business teams, and want to deploy impactful models into production, we’d love to hear from you ! 📩 Apply directly if you are interested !
