Shuaibah Holding Company stands as a leader, combining operational excellence with cutting-edge design and construction in the solar energy sector.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insights Reporting Manager based in Zurich, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Insights Reporting Manager will be responsible for developing and managing data-driven reports, analyzing business performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. The individual will design dashboards, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and work closely with cross-functional teams to align reporting solutions with organizational objectives. Regular communication and presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership will also be required.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Data analytics and reporting skills, including proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other visual analytics software.</li><li>Expertise in data interpretation, statistical analysis, and KPI development for actionable business insights.</li><li>Experience with database management, SQL, and data visualization techniques.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to identify trends and recommend strategic actions.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience presenting data to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, managing priorities and collaborating within cross-functional teams.</li><li>Educational background in Data Analytics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.</li><li>Experience in the energy or renewable energy sector is highly desirable but not required.</li></ul> </div>
