Head of Fund Administration

Our client is a
key player in the investment industry offering asset servicing to Swiss Financial
Institutions (Banks, insurance companies, family offices, Real-Estate
Investors…). They are looking for someone to Head their Fund Operations Team which
delivers accounting, tax & reporting services for Swiss liquid &
alternative & Real-Estate funds.

Your mission and contribution

As Head of Fund
Administration, you will combine team management, strategic leadership and
operational expertise.

Heading a team
of experts and team managers, your success will depend on your team’s growth, and
sustainability.

As a member of
the leadership team you will be actively contributing to the company’s strategy
and long-term development, ensuring business continuity and client
satisfaction.

Heading the
fund operations you will have a strong coordination role between all the key
stakeholders (depositary banks, auditors, fund managers…).

As part of your
role you will be expected to be an expert matter and operationally ensure
accounting, tax and reporting teams respect deadlines and processes (for NAV calculations,
financial reporting, VAT, tax reclaims and audits..).

Profil

- University
degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration

- Minimum
of 10 years of experience in fund audit and operations, especially Real-Estate

- Audit
background in asset management within a big 4 company is a plus minimum at
Senior Manager level

- Knowledge
of different asset classes

- A
minimum of 3 years in team management experience is mandatory

- Problem-solving
and excellent sense of service

- Hard-worker
and entrepreneurial spirit

- French
and English Fluent
