In this role, you will be the technical core of our modern customer applications, working across the entire development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated applications using Java and TypeScript, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product owners, external partners, and team members to develop new features, optimize existing functionalities, and ensure the stability and scalability of our applications. Your technical expertise will also be vital in managing the operational aspects of the applications, including deployment and continuous improvement, in line with DevOps practices.<br/><br/><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a passion for coding and problem-solving. A university degree in computer science, equivalent vocational training, or comparable experience is essential. You should possess substantial professional experience in application development using Java and TypeScript, ideally within the financial services sector. Familiarity with modern tech stacks such as Angular for frontend development, Spring Boot for backend services, and databases—relational or NoSQL—is required. Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures is highly advantageous. You should be proficient in version control tools like Git, and familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Docker. Knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code using design patterns and testing standards are also important.
