A misread requirement can create serious commercial risk, so the frontend is core to how the product works.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>You’ll own the frontend surfaces where humans and AI agents work together, from chat and document review through to agent traces, approval flows and internal tooling.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own frontend architecture across React, Next.js and TypeScript</li><li>Build human-in-the-loop agent interfaces, chat, trace views and approval flows</li><li>Create document review UIs for RFQs, tables, BOMs, drawings and configurator outputs</li><li>Ship full-stack features across components, routes and API contracts</li><li>Build the design system, component primitives and frontend patterns</li><li>Improve performance, reliability, loading states, error handling and Playwright coverage</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Strong TypeScript, React and frontend architecture experience</li><li>Good product taste and a sharp eye for interaction, usability and detail</li><li>Experience with Next.js, TanStack, Vite, Playwright, Tailwind, shadcn/ui or similar</li><li>Comfortable making tradeoffs around state, rendering, data fetching and component design</li><li>Evidence of ownership, such as startup experience, open source, side projects or owning major user-facing surfaces</li><li>Strong English, German not required</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Tech stack</strong></p><p>TypeScript, React, Next.js, TanStack, Vite, Playwright, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Radix</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements / constraints</strong></p><p>Munich-based or open to relocating.
