This is a specialist quantitative team, embedded within a global firm that sits inside one of the largest professional services groups in the world — with all the resource, client access, and brand weight that comes with it. Projects span financial services, climate &amp; sustainability, energy, retail, and transportation.</p><p><br/></p><p>What you'll typically be working with:</p><ul><li>Languages: Python, R, SQL, SAS, SPSS</li><li>ML &amp; modelling: scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost</li><li>Data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Spark</li><li>Tooling: Git, dbt, Airflow, Docker</li><li>Practices: Model validation, experimentation frameworks, stakeholder-ready communication</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>What you'll be doing:</p><ul><li>Leading data-driven projects end to end — hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, and delivery</li><li>Surfacing insights and presenting findings to senior client stakeholders</li><li>Coaching and developing junior team members</li><li>Travelling roughly 50% of the time, split between client site and remote — individual needs considered</li><li>Working directly in client teams to deliver to a high standard</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>What we're looking for:</p><ul><li>A degree in Maths, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering — Masters or PhD common but not required</li><li>3–8+ years working with real, messy data and shipping models that get used</li><li>Experience in consulting, top-tier banking, or a specialist financial institution</li><li>You can explain what your model does and why it matters to someone who didn't build it</li><li>Fluent English; additional European languages a plus</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Data Scientist | €50-120k DOE (hiring at most levels)| Hybrid — Berlin (2–3 days onsite)</strong></p> </div>
