This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience of our online sales platform based on Shopware 6. As part of our global IT team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our e-commerce storefronts to ensure they are visually appealing, highly functional, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver seamless and innovative digital solutions. This position offers a flexible work environment with a blend of on-site and home-office working arrangements, allowing you to balance professional growth with personal flexibility. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for front-end development, a keen eye for design, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.<br/><br/><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong>The successful candidate will possess a solid educational background in software development or related fields, complemented by extensive practical experience. A minimum of three years' experience in frontend development is required, with proven expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), modern JavaScript (ES6+), and Twig templating. Profound knowledge of Shopware 6 Storefront development and plugin system is essential. Familiarity with Vue.js, Webpack, and build tools will be highly advantageous. Candidates should have a good understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization techniques. Strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and a team-oriented mindset are also crucial.
