You will ensure standardised, reproducible, and secure operations across multiple environments, contributing to a robust and protected private cloud infrastructure.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development, and operations teams to achieve project goals</li><li>Engineer, operate, and continuously optimise Microsoft-based services within the project environment</li><li>Ensure the quality, stability, and security of all operated services</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing development of the project platform and operational processes</li><li>Support a secure and stable private cloud infrastructure using modern technologies</li><li>Operate and further develop a dedicated collaboration platform within a protected environment</li><li>Implement and maintain automation and standardised deployment practices</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science (EFZ, University, University of Applied Sciences, or Higher Vocational School), or</li><li>Technical EFZ with further education in Computer Science, or</li><li>Equivalent professional experience with relevant advanced training in Computer Science</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Must-Have Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong expertise in <strong>Windows system administration</strong> (Windows Server, WSUS, MECM)</li><li>Solid experience with <strong>Microsoft Exchange Server (SE)</strong> infrastructure</li><li>Administration and troubleshooting of Exchange services (mail flow, transport, DAGs, OWA, MAPI, ECP, Autodiscover)</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Active Directory</strong> and Exchange-related components</li><li>Experience ensuring <strong>security and compliance</strong> (TLS, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, DLP, encryption, auditing, eDiscovery)</li><li>Monitoring and performance optimisation of Windows and Exchange environments</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>PowerShell scripting and automation</strong></li><li>Good understanding of <strong>networking concepts</strong> (firewalls, load balancers, security)</li><li>Experience with <strong>automation and configuration management tools</strong> (e.g., Ansible, GitLab)</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>CI/CD and GitOps practices</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice-to-Have Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix)</li><li>Experience with LDAP / SSO integrations</li><li>Familiarity with open-source mail gateways</li><li>Experience with ServiceNow scripting</li><li>Understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe 6.0)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Languages</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent in <strong>German and English</strong> (written and spoken)</li></ul><p></p> </div>
