In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure to ensure high reliability, scalability, and security. You will own our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines from end to end, driving automation and efficiency. Collaborating closely with product and AI engineering teams, you will enable rapid, safe, and frequent deployments, contributing significantly to the stability and performance of our platform used by thousands of SMEs across Europe. Your expertise will help us implement infrastructure-as-code practices, monitor system health, respond to incidents, and maintain compliance standards, all while balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term architectural investments. This role offers a hybrid working schedule based in Berlin, fostering close collaboration within our innovative team.<br/><br/><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong>The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure roles, preferably within startups or high-growth environments. A proven track record of owning and optimizing infrastructure end-to-end, coupled with a history of delivering measurable impact, is essential. The candidate should be comfortable working in ambiguous situations, taking initiative, and managing their own time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to simplify complex systems, and making decisions that are reversible are critical. Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude, along with experience in fast-scaling environments, is highly desirable.
