In this role, you will be responsible for defining security requirements for our products, conducting risk assessments, and implementing security measures to safeguard our solutions throughout the development lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet stringent security standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations, such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed security practices into the product development process, including the integration of DevSecOps principles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects in a high-tech environment, contributing to the safety and security of our advanced systems used in critical applications worldwide.<br/><br/><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong>The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in computer science or a related field, complemented by practical experience in cybersecurity and software development. You should have a solid understanding of agile development methodologies and DevSecOps practices. Familiarity with relevant standards such as ISA 27001, IEC security guidelines, and certifications like CISSP or CISM is highly desirable. Experience in conducting security risk analyses, such as TARA, is essential. Excellent communication skills in English (minimum C1 level) are required, along with a proven track record of reliability, engagement, and the ability to work in a structured, analytical manner. A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills are also important for success in this role.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong>Your key responsibilities will include defining security requirements for future products based on their intended environment, performing security risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities, and developing protective measures such as encryption, secure boot, and authentication protocols. You will actively participate in shaping the product development process to ensure compliance with security standards, legal frameworks, and regulatory requirements, including the Cyber Resilience Act. Additionally, you will be responsible for the implementation of DevSecOps strategies within the software development lifecycle, promoting security best practices across teams.
