This role is situated within the Market Intelligence &amp; Sourcing Analytics team under the division of Supply Chain Excellence. As a key member of this team, you will provide critical analytical insights to support our International Category Managers and senior management in optimizing sourcing strategies and execution. Your expertise will facilitate data-driven decision-making processes, enhance negotiation outcomes, and improve overall supply chain performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence strategic sourcing activities by leveraging advanced data analytics, fostering transparency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.<br/><br/><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong>The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field. A minimum of three years of professional experience in sourcing analytics, preferably within services, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate highly developed analytical skills, including proficiency with data processing tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Power Query. A comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and systems, including SAP MM and SAP Business Warehouse, is required. Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial, with the ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels. Fluency in both English and German is mandatory to facilitate seamless collaboration across international teams.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Ensure effective and collaborative communication with category teams and management to deliver valuable data insights that inform strategic, tactical, and operational supply chain decisions.</li><li>Combine business acumen with supply chain expertise to optimize sourcing outcomes, including comparing complex offers at the item level, supporting tenders, and negotiations with data-driven insights.</li><li>Break down pricing structures to analyze, compare, negotiate, and validate price differences, supporting cost efficiency initiatives.</li><li>Apply advanced data analytics beyond standard KPIs to uncover new insights, aiding category teams and supporting negotiation teams with price forecasts, development trends, and spend analysis.</li><li>Provide analytical support for standardizing service and product portfolios, working closely with category and technical teams to increase comparability and leverage group frame contracts for better negotiation impact.</li><li>Analyze the implications of market changes on categories and specific suppliers, providing strategic insights for decision-making.</li><li>Drive and contribute to sourcing transparency initiatives, developing best practices in analytics to monitor performance, steer sourcing activities, and enhance transparency across the supply chain.</li><li>Engage in continuous learning to enhance supply chain business intelligence methods and tools, fostering an open mindset to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br/><br/></strong>At E.ON, employees are at the heart of our mission to combat climate change and foster a sustainable future.
