In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advancing our data analytics capabilities, particularly within marketing and sales. Fluency in German at C1 level is required to communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders. You should have strong proficiency in Python programming and Power BI for data visualization and analysis. A fundamental understanding of data engineering tasks is advantageous, along with a solid grasp of the practical applications of AI technologies and methods. The role demands a high level of data and numerical affinity, coupled with analytical and strategic thinking skills. You should be comfortable working with KPIs, statistical analyses, and data-based decision-making frameworks. A structured, solution-oriented working style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are crucial.
