The role ensures reliable data flows, automated reporting, and development of dashboards supporting workforce planning, forecasting, and portfolio-level decision-making.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Data Integration &amp; Architecture</li><li>Assess and integrate data from multiple sources including HR systems, time tracking, project schedules (Primavera P6), and portfolio reporting tools</li><li>Design and maintain data pipelines ensuring consistency, structure, and reliable</li><li>Define the data model supporting workforce capacity, allocation, and demand forecasting</li><li>Tools &amp; Dashboard Development</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards supporting RCAP reporting (capacity, demand, utilization, risks)</li><li>Enable portfolio-level visibility with drill-down by project, function, and timeframe</li><li> Ensure dashboards align with stakeholder requirements and RCAP reporting needs</li><li>Automation &amp; Reporting Workflows</li><li>Implement automated data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes</li><li>Support monthly RCAP reporting pack generation</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and repeatable reporting workflows</li><li>Data Quality &amp; Governance</li><li>Define and implement data validation rules and quality checks</li><li>Monitor data completeness across workforce and project inputs</li><li>Support continuous improvement of data inputs and integration processes</li><li>Analytics &amp; Forecasting Support</li><li>Support development of workforce demand forecast models</li><li>Enable scenario simulations and analytical views for decision-making</li><li>Provide data support for workforce risk identification and planning activities</li><li>Implementation &amp; Collaboration</li><li>Work closely with the Resource Manager to implement the RCAP framework and tools</li><li>Support delivery of all RCAP deliverables including dashboards, models, and reporting</li><li>Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover of tools and processes</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Qualifications and Experience</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>5–10 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or systems integration</li><li>Strong experience with SQL, data modelling, and data pipelines</li><li>Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)</li><li> Experience integrating data from Primavera P6, HR systems, or ERP tools</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Structured and detail-oriented approach</li></ul><p></p> </div>
