<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <br/><p>Project / Role: For a comprehensive CRM transformation programme, we are seeking an experienced BSI Customer Suite expert with proven experience in cloud migrations and implementation projects. You will support the definition and implementation of target processes that closely align with standards, advise business departments and IT teams, and contribute best practices from similar BSI projects.</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><p>• Advising on the introduction and further development of the BSI Customer Suite (Cloud)</p><p>• Defining lean, market-oriented target processes based on standard BSI functionalities</p><p>• Analysing and optimising existing business processes</p><p>• Configuring the BSI Customer Suite with consistent use of standard functions</p><p>• Developing workflow and integration concepts</p><p>• Supporting and overseeing data migrations</p><p>• Advising on release management and upgrade paths within the BSI platform</p><p>• Collaborating with business departments, internal IT teams and other stakeholders</p><p>• Supporting the implementation of new processes and solutions and promoting user acceptance</p><p>• Critically scrutinising existing requirements and identifying alternative solutions</p><p><br/></p><p><br/>Requirements</p><p>:• At least two successfully completed BSI Customer Suite (Cloud) migrations or implementation</p><p>s• At least one reference from the last 24 month</p><p>s• BSI certifications are an advantag</p><p>e• In-depth knowledge of the BSI standard modules Marketing Cloud, Sales and Service/Case Managemen</p><p>t• Experience in BSI configuration, workflow design and integration architecture</p><p>s• Experience with CRM data models, data migrations, data cleansing and ETL processe</p><p>s• Understanding of BSI release management and upgrade strategie</p><p>s• Ability to present technical topics in a way that is tailored to the needs of specialist department</p><p>s• Structured and well-documented working styl</p><p>e• Experience of working with internal IT teams and various stakeholder</p><p>s• Ability to critically evaluate existing processes and prioritise standardisation over customisatio</p><p>nLanguages</p><p>:• German – Fluent, both spoken and written (minimum C2</p><p>)• English – (B2</p><p><br/></p><p>)<br/>Reference no.: 925003</p><p>KSRole: BSI Customer Suite Consultant – CRM / BSI (m/f/</p><p>d)Location: Bern and surrounding ar</p><p>eaWorking hours: 80–10</p><p>0%Start date: 01/07/20</p><p>26End date: 30/06/2027 (</p>+) </div>
