You know how to persuade people, identify opportunities, and turn conversations into concrete next steps. Rather than PowerPoint presentations and theory, you focus on momentum, clarity, and results. You will help turn a strong product into a real company. You are good at: - Initial outreach and personalized communication - Networking and building business relationships - Staying organized and creating structure What You Can Expect Our first product—an AI phone assistant—is already complete. From there, we plan to build a larger AI company step by step. You will work closely with me on positioning, sales, marketing, partnerships, and the development of our first repeatable growth channels. You will have significant responsibility and a direct influence on the company’s direction, brand, and market strategy. From the beginning, you will be closely involved in the core of the company and actively shape its market presence, brand, and growth. About the Startup / Project Are you interested in developing new digital tools for businesses and individuals? We are looking for a cofounder in the Nuremberg–Munich–Regensburg area. Hi! I’m Daniel, and I have been self-employed in software development and SaaS for many years. I am now building a new company focused on digital tools that are significantly more powerful thanks to artificial intelligence. We experiment, build, and turn ideas into new products. Our current focus is on voice agents that handle real tasks for small and medium-sized businesses, including website support, order intake, and personal assistance. In the long term, this will develop into a broader platform for robust AI products. Our goal is to create software and systems that work reliably in everyday situations and can scale sustainably. Challenges The challenge is to make AI not only impressive, but also reliable and practical. Voice agents must work in real business environments, safely handle clearly defined tasks, and earn users’ trust.
