To support this transformation, we are looking for a <strong>Business Systems Analyst</strong> to join our international Group Management Systems team.<br/><br/>You will become the functional owner of our management system platforms, helping more than 5,000 users work more efficiently every day while continuously improving our digital ecosystem.<br/><br/>As a <strong>Business Systems Analyst (M/F/X)</strong> you will report to the Management Systems Senior Manager based in Obernai (France) for a <strong>Permanent</strong> contract. This position can be based in <strong>Obernai (France)</strong> or <strong>Blieskastel (Germany)</strong>.<br/><br/><strong><strong>What You Will Do<br/><br/></strong></strong><ul><li>Act as the functional business owner of the Group Management System and Business Process Management platforms.</li><li>Ensure platform administration, user management, governance and business support for an international community of users.</li><li>Gather business requirements, manage enhancement requests and coordinate platform evolutions with IT partners and software vendors.</li><li>Drive platform governance by maintaining methodologies, templates, document management standards and best practices.</li><li>Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting that transform operational data into meaningful business insights.</li><li>Promote user adoption through communication, training materials, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Your Profile<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You bring around 3 to 6 years of experience in one or several of the following areas:</li><ul><li>Business Systems Analysis</li><li>Functional Application Management</li><li>Product Ownership</li><li>Business Applications</li><li>Quality or Management Systems</li><li>Process Excellence</li></ul><li>You already have experience owning or administering enterprise business platforms and enjoy translating business needs into digital solutions.</li><li>You are comfortable working with business users, IT teams and software vendors to continuously improve digital tools.</li><li>Experience with Business Process Management platforms, document management systems, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar solutions would be a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO Management Systems (9001, 14001, 45001 or 50001) is appreciated but not mandatory.</li><li>Professional English is required together with either French or German.<br/></li></ul><strong>What we offer?<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Personalized onboarding experience program designed to make your first days smooth</li><li>Opportunities to learn and grow through Hager Group's awarded Hi University. </li><li>Internal career opportunities, over 25% of our recruitments are through internal mobility<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What are the recruitment stages? <br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange.</li><li>You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter </li><li>A second Interview will be then organized with the N+2 & the HR manager<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Our success relies on collective energy.
