You'll work closely with finance and process stakeholders, turning business needs into practical system and process improvements.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Review current finance processes and pinpoint where they can be simplified or standardised across systems</li><li>Support better ways of working around ledger management, closing, reconciliation, and reporting</li><li>Work directly with finance teams to smooth out month-end and year-end activity</li><li>Bridge the gap between finance stakeholders and technical teams on relevant projects</li><li>Help document how finance data moves and connects across different systems</li><li>Support accuracy and consistency of financial data as processes evolve</li><li>Help assess how process or system changes ripple across the wider business</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Solid track record as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with real depth in <strong>finance process work</strong> (ledger, closing, reconciliation, reporting)</li><li>Comfortable working across more than one finance or <strong>ERP system</strong></li><li>Confident acting as the link between finance, business, and technical teams</li><li>Strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills</li><li><strong>Fluent English</strong> (no German required)</li><li>Open to relocating to the Greater Munich area, or working remotely with regular on-site collaboration</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you're an experienced Business Analyst with strong finance-process expertise, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p><br/></p><p>Apply today for immediate consideration..</p> </div>
