You will analyze processes, </p><p>define requirements, and ensure that what gets built solves real </p><p>problems — accurately and completely.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across functions</p><p>- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories</p><p>- Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements</p><p>- Support QA and UAT cycles by defining acceptance criteria and validating outputs</p><p>- Create process documentation, data flow diagrams, and business requirement documents</p><p>- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Strong experience in business analysis within a technology or software environment</p><p>- Proficiency in requirements documentation, use case writing, and process mapping</p><p>- Analytical mindset with strong skills in data analysis and business modeling</p><p>- Experience with project management and agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)</p><p>- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — for cross-functional stakeholder management</p><p>- Familiarity with SQL or data querying for self-service analysis is an advantage</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong></p><p>Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
