This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to influence and enhance our product offerings and customer experience. As a vital member of our team, you will analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and internal processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Your role will involve supporting strategic initiatives, developing business plans, and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure the successful implementation of projects. You will work closely with sales, relationship managers, and IT teams to develop innovative solutions, foster new partnerships, and optimize existing collaborations. Your insights will directly contribute to our mission of making insurance more accessible and tailored to customer needs, while also supporting our growth in new and existing markets.<br/><br/><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong>The ideal candidate holds a degree in business administration, insurance management, technical studies related to insurance, or possesses equivalent professional experience through a career transition. Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills are essential, alongside a confident and engaging presence. Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly, are required. Prior experience in agile project management, market research, trend analysis, or creative techniques is advantageous. Knowledge of B2B or B2C insurance and financial product sales, along with a customer-oriented mindset, will support success in this role. Candidates should demonstrate high levels of empathy, integrity, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
