In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts, focusing on designing and optimizing intelligent customer interaction processes through artificial intelligence. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze existing workflows, translate business visions and technological trends into actionable features, and develop innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including IT, partners, and management—to model and re-engineer end-to-end processes, integrating AI and machine learning capabilities to create autonomous workflows.
