This is <strong>0→1 + scale</strong> ownership.<br/><br/>You will define, build, and scale the travel category end-to-end — from supply integrations and pricing strategy to UX, conversion, and loyalty integration.<br/><br/><em>This is a permanent work from home and a remote role. We are looking for someone from Europe. <br/><br/></em><strong>What You’ll Own<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Category Ownership: Build and scale Flights, and Hotels as a core revenue vertical</li><li>Supplier Ecosystem:</li><ul><li>Integrate and manage GDS, aggregators, and direct suppliers</li><li>Own commercial constructs, margins, and inventory strategy</li></ul><li>Pricing &amp; Monetization:</li><ul><li>Define markup strategy, discounting, and conversion levers</li><li>Balance revenue vs competitiveness across markets</li></ul><li>Product Experience:</li><ul><li>Drive end-to-end user journey: discovery → search → booking → post-booking</li><li>Optimize for conversion, trust, and repeat usage</li></ul><li>Loyalty Integration:</li><ul><li>Deep integration with telecom loyalty programs (earn/burn, promotions, gamification)</li></ul><li>Go-to-Market:</li><ul><li>Launch across multiple European markets with localization (currency, language, compliance)</li></ul><li>Cross-functional Leadership:</li><ul><li>Work with engineering, design, partnerships, and telecom stakeholders<br/></li></ul></ul><strong>What Makes This Role Interesting (and Hard)<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You are building travel inside a non-travel platform (telco) → different user intent, different funnels</li><li>You need to solve for aggregation + differentiation, not just aggregation</li><li>You’ll operate across multiple countries in Europe with varying user behavior and regulations</li><li>You’ll balance ecosystem dependencies (partners, pricing, loyalty) with product experience<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Strong travel domain expertise</li><ul><li>Experience in flights/hotels OTA, meta, or supplier side</li><li>Deep understanding of GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), aggregators, and supply economics</li></ul><li>Product leadership experience</li><ul><li>Built or scaled a category/business, not just features</li></ul><li>Commercial + product mindset</li><ul><li>Comfortable owning revenue, margins, and unit economics</li></ul><li>Integration experience</li><ul><li>APIs, third-party dependencies, complex workflows</li></ul><li>Execution depth</li><ul><li>Can go from strategy → PRD → shipped product → iteration<br/></li></ul></ul><strong>Good to Have (but Valuable)<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Experience working in or launching products in Europe</li><li>Exposure to loyalty/rewards ecosystems</li><li>Experience in multi-market / multi-currency / localization-heavy products</li><li>Prior experience in super apps, marketplaces, or embedded ecosystems<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What Success Looks Like<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Travel becomes a top engagement and revenue driver within the telecom app</li><li>Strong conversion rates and repeat usage, not just traffic</li><li>Seamless loyalty integration driving incremental transactions</li><li>A scalable foundation across multiple European markets<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Why You Should Care<br/><br/></strong><strong>This Role Gives You<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Full category ownership, not a slice of a funnel</li><li>Exposure to European markets at scale</li><li>The chance to build travel in a non-traditional distribution channel (telco) — where most competitors get it wrong</li></ul> </div>
