This is execution, not experimentation.</li><li>Circa €25M ARR today, tracking north of €30M by year end.</li><li>Enterprise platform selling into global marketing and brand teams. Crazy brands on-board already!</li><li>Proper revenue engine, real targets, no guesswork.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p><p>Early on, this is a hunter-led role while the SDR function is built. That support is coming, but this suits someone who can generate momentum without waiting for it. So in-short, this will be a full-cycle, enterprise-focused hunter role, with autonomy from day one.</p><p><br/></p><p>The deals are meaningful. Average contract value is circa €60k ARR. Fully ramped quota is €700k, with a sensible ramp and a healthy volume of late-stage opportunities already live.</p><p><br/></p><p>Year one success looks like building consistent pipeline, closing enterprise logos, and helping shape how the GTM motion scales from here.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate</strong></p><ul><li>Proven SaaS closer with experience owning a territory end to end (Deals range from €40-100k)</li><li>Background in AdTech, MarTech, Creative Tech, Digital Media, or adjacent enterprise tech</li><li>Comfortable self-sourcing pipeline and running full sales cycles</li><li>Experience selling into marketing, brand, or digital decision-makers</li><li>Commercially sharp, autonomous, and comfortable building before scaling</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What’s in it for you</strong></p><ul><li>€90,000 base salary</li><li>€140k+ OTE with clear, achievable targets (Chance to massively over-earn due to accelerators)</li><li>25 days holiday + public holidays</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Life &amp; disability insurance</li><li>Enhanced sick leave</li><li>Proven market with deals already closing</li><li>Backing, budget, and leadership support to build properly</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you want an AE role where you’re trusted to run hard, close big, and help shape what comes next rather than inherit process, this one’s worth a conversation.</p><p></p> </div>
