<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>VP Key Accounts EMEA</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Our client, a global ingredients business is looking to appoint a VP Key Accounts EMEA to sit on the regional leadership team and take ownership of its most strategic customer relationships across Europe.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a senior, high-impact role focused on driving profitable growth across a small portfolio of enterprise accounts, shaping long-term partnerships, and aligning internal teams to deliver a more solution-led, customer-centric approach.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Own and grow a portfolio of the region’s most strategic accounts (c.15) </li><li>Deliver against revenue, margin, and pipeline targets across EMEA </li><li>Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers </li><li>Build multi-layered, executive relationships with major Food &amp; Beverage customers </li><li>Drive pipeline quality and conversion across priority opportunities </li><li>Orchestrate cross-functional teams (R&amp;D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations) to deliver integrated solutions </li><li>Act as executive sponsor for key accounts and lead complex negotiations </li><li>Contribute to the broader EMEA commercial strategy as part of the leadership team </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Senior commercial leader within food ingredients, flavours, or adjacent B2B sectors </li><li>Proven experience managing large, complex strategic accounts across multiple geographies </li><li>Strong track record of delivering profitable growth and long-term partnerships </li><li>Experience leading and developing high-performing account teams </li><li>Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation, influencing across functions </li><li>Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margin, and deal structuring </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why This Role</strong></p><ul><li>Key leadership position within a transforming, growth-focused business </li><li>Direct ownership of the company’s most important customer relationships </li><li>Opportunity to shape how the organisation drives strategic, solution-led growth across EMEA</li></ul> </div>
