We support our clients in the implementation of their projects and guarantee quick and flexible solutions of the highest quality.</p><p><br/></p><p>For one of our clients in the insurance industry, we are currently looking for an <strong>UX/UI Designer</strong></p><ul><li>Start date: asap</li><li>Duration: 6 months</li><li>Workload: <strong>40-50%</strong></li><li>Location: Zurich (hybrid)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for UI/UX within project</li><li>Ensure all frontends follow CI/CD guidelines of Zurich</li><li>Create screen flows / support in process design / identification of scenarios / personas</li><li>Development of clickable mock-ups (Figma) based on business and data requirements</li><li>Incorporate new requirements into existing user journeys / assess &amp; improve them /create JIRA tickets to close current CI/CD gaps</li><li>Participation in workshops with Epic / Feature owner and developers</li><li>Presentation of processes and mock-ups</li><li>General support along the UI/UX value chain</li><li>SPOC for our digital business team / inform them about progress</li><li>Assessment / challenging of business requirements, validation with experts and users</li><li>Conducting usability testing</li><li>Testing with user groups, creating scenarios, recording and analysing results</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in UI/UX design</li><li>Extensive knowledge in UX/UI processes</li><li>Expert in creating clickable mock-ups / experience with Figma is essential</li><li>Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements</li><li>Professional in understanding and delivering according to corporate styleguides</li><li>Technical affinity and understanding of software development processes</li><li>Knowledge of agile project methodologies; ability to write user stories</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English</li><li>Skilled in optimizing processes and setting up ideal work-conditions (tools, templates)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Work experience in a large frontend delivery project in the financial industry / fin. product</li><li>Knowledge of the Swiss pension system including associated investment processes, as well as experience in mortgage financing</li><li>Experience in test management</li><li>Ability to work in a competitive and challenging environment</li></ul><p></p> </div>
