Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Lead requirements gathering activities and maintain comprehensive project documentation</li><li>Ensure requirements are clearly defined, testable, traceable, and aligned with business objectives</li><li>Define KPIs and data structures and support their integration into the global data catalog</li></ul><p><strong>Data Analysis &amp; Data Mapping</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct data profiling, data quality assessments, and exploratory analysis across source systems</li><li>Define and document source-to-target mappings and transformation logic for data pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics platforms</li><li>Create and maintain data models, entity-relationship diagrams, and technical documentation</li><li>Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and quality issues and develop suitable remediation approaches</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with data architects, data engineers, BI developers, and solution architects to ensure accurate implementation of business and data requirements</li><li>Participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure compliance with technical standards and target architectures</li></ul><p><strong>Delivery &amp; Quality Assurance Support</strong></p><ul><li>Validate implemented solutions against business requirements during testing phases</li><li>Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and validating results</li><li>Identify risks, dependencies, and potential impacts associated with proposed changes</li></ul><p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Promote data ownership, data quality awareness, and a data-driven mindset across the organization</li><li>Contribute to the optimization of requirement management and delivery processes</li><li>Maintain documentation standards and best practices</li><li>Support change management and impact analysis activities</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><ul><li>5–8 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or in a comparable role</li><li>Experience working within international transformation projects in areas such as Operations, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or Finance</li><li>Strong expertise in data analysis, data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques; experience with Microsoft Azure is considered a plus</li><li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, QA teams, and product owners</li><li>Strong understanding of how data supports business processes and drives business value</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Functional &amp; Analytical Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes and their integration into downstream business processes</li><li>Excellent knowledge of product, part, and BOM (Bill of Materials) data models</li><li>Experience working in global transformation environments</li><li>Strong requirements engineering and documentation capabilities</li><li>Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a business-oriented manner</li><li>Structured working style with strong attention to detail</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with databases and data flow concepts</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure, or similar platforms</li><li>Strong experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Azure-based technologies</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Communication &amp;
