<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>For our client, an international provider for the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a <strong>Process Analyst (f/m/d)</strong> in <strong>Böblingen</strong>.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Capture and document current and future business processes, including activities, roles, systems, inputs, outputs and process variants.</li><li>Create end-to-end process maps by connecting processes, interfaces and dependencies across functions.</li><li>Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews and process discovery sessions with business stakeholders.</li><li>Translate stakeholder input into clear, structured process documentation.</li><li>Review and analyse process documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, improvement opportunities and automation potential.</li><li>Collaborate with process owners, architects, modelers and data analysts to ensure accurate and consistent process models.</li><li>Support business requirements gathering for process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Prepare process documentation, issue logs and decision materials for stakeholders.</li><li>Promote standardised documentation and collaborative ways of working.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.</li><li>Several years of experience in process analysis, business process management or continuous improvement.</li><li>Experience with process discovery, documentation and process modelling using BPMN and related tools.</li><li>Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.</li><li>Experience supporting digital transformation or process optimisation initiatives.</li><li>Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>For over 30 years, Nash direct has been helping remarkable people to win exciting roles at world-leading technology companies in Germany.
