We support clients across Europe - from concept to commissioning - with deep technical expertise and strategic insight.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> 🎯 Your Mission</strong></p><p>We’re growing - and we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who will handle utility-scale PV plant projects with clear coordination, reliable execution, and strong stakeholder alignment. You keep timelines, budgets, and quality on track to turn PV plants into successful constructions.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>🧩 What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and manage project construction;</li><li>Oversee the technical and performance aspects of plants validating performance of the new plants, contractors’ obligations and product/contract guarantees, optimizing PV plant performance and minimizing risks and failures;</li><li>Managing multiple projects concurrently;</li><li>Overview and approve construction punch lists;</li><li>Receive and check reports from all contractors and provide to the project sponsor/client with the needed information about construction progress and plant performance;</li><li>Ongoing management of product warranties and insurance claims when required;</li><li>Follow up on Health, Safety and Environment regulations;</li><li>Handle QA/QC procedures, checking EPC contractors works;</li><li>Trigger on demand activities if not included in the EPC contract;</li><li>Interact with the Technical Advisors of the lenders (or of the client);</li><li>Supervise Engineering of the new plants addressing issues or finding internal resources to address them;</li><li>Evaluation of EPC and O&M suppliers from technical point of view;</li><li>Handle other processes or interfaces with the purpose to achieve COD (grid operator, etc).</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>👤 What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Technical background, ideally in electrical engineering;</li><li>Experience as a project engineer/project manager in the field of PV systems;</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of PV projects (>1MWp);</li><li>High level of execution quality;</li><li>Experience in tendering and negotiation;</li><li>Good communication skills (fluent in English and German);</li><li>Ability to problem solve both personnel issues and project issues;</li><li>Good record keeping and organizational skills;</li><li>Ability to travel regionally, depending on project location.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>🎁 What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>A dynamic and growing work environment within the renewable‑energy sector;</li><li>The opportunity to take technical ownership of large‑scale PV construction projects;</li><li>A high degree of autonomy and responsibility in an international project landscape;</li><li>A competitive salary package based on qualifications and professional experience, complemented by a range of attractive benefits;</li><li>Flexible working arrangements, including remote‑work options;</li><li>Professional development opportunities;</li><li>Access to a strong network of industry partners, suppliers, and technical experts;</li><li>A supportive team culture with short decision‑making processes and open communication;</li><li>Possibility to work in our office in Munich or remote; frequent business travels required.</li></ul> </div>
