Senior Product Designer (m/f/x)

By giving products a second chance, we reduce resource consumption and avoid unnecessary e-waste.<br/><br/>Our team of 500 comes from all corners of the world; we drive things forward collaboratively, take personal responsibility, value positive critical thinking, and persistently serve our customers and planet.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Own the design process end-to-end: Lead initiatives from initial discovery, problem definition, and ideation through to polished, high-quality delivery</li><li>Drive quality and consistency across rebuy’s established design system, providing thoughtful suggestions for its continuous improvement and evolution</li><li>Translate user research and data into a clear design direction; run qualitative and quantitative tests (including user interviews, usability tests, and surveys) to validate experiences before shipping</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional squads alongside PMs and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, well-understood, and correctly implemented</li><li>Present work to stakeholders, articulate design rationale and trade-offs clearly, and iterate constructively based on structured feedback</li><li>Utilize A/B testing frameworks and design for experimentation to connect design decisions directly to business goals and user outcomes</li><li>Leverage AI tools and automation workflows (e.g., Claude, Claude code, Figma Make, Stitch) to accelerate research synthesis, UX copywriting, rapid prototyping, and content generation</li><li>Contribute to a vibrant culture of design quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the team, making the work and the people around you better</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from problem framing to final pixels.
