This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, strengthening security, and continuously improving systems. 🔧 What You’ll Do Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Defender, Entra ID, Intune) Maintain and secure AWS infrastructure (IAM, networking, security controls, Route53, etc.) Support Windows Server environments (Active Directory, patching, backups, file services) Administer and customize Jira and Confluence Collaborate on network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN) Design and maintain network architecture for new and existing sites Implement security best practices and support incident response Troubleshoot complex issues across systems, networks, and cloud platforms Contribute to IT strategy and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation 🎯 What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ experience in systems and network administration Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and AWS Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls) Experience with identity and access management (SAML, OIDC, MFA, Entra ID) Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and Zero Trust principles Familiarity with monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, SIEM, etc.) Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) Exposure to virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and DevOps practices Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 📈 Why Join Us?
