Your team develops the services that enable digital asset products across the company to integrate with our core banking system in a clean, reliable, and scalable way. Guide delivery, coach engineers, and help build the team you'll work alongside — from shaping roles to bringing great people on board</li><li>Support people's growth. Build trusted relationships with Product, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, and other engineering teams; create transparency on constraints, dependencies, and trade-offs; and help stakeholders understand what is feasible, when, and why</li><li>Lead through ambiguity and changing priorities. Bring structure to unclear or fast-moving situations, clarify options and trade-offs, and help the team stay focused while adapting to business, regulatory, and operational needs</li><li>Act as a dependable integration partner.
